Are you energetic, outgoing, and really into sports? Big D Sports is looking for individuals to work as field coordinators for our coed leagues in Dallas for various days/nights. We are also looking for floaters that are able to fill in when a scheduled field coordinator cannot work.
Field Locations – Dallas, TX
Pay -$10 per hour (with ability to increase pay after two seasons)
***Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have their own transportation***
Available days/nights and sports (times are approximate)
- Monday soccer 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm [at JCC]
- Tuesday kickball 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm [at Tietze Park]
- Wednesday flag football 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm [at Glencoe Park or Norbuck Park]
- Thursday kickball 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm [at Fair Oaks Park]
- Thursday softball 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm [at Fair Oaks Park]
Responsibilities include:
- Pick-up and delivery of field equipment
- Field equipment set-up and break-down
- Ensuring an enjoyable playing experience for participants
- Checking in teams and participants
- Assisting teams in finding subs
- Making announcements pertaining to Big D Sports leagues and events
- Enforcing the city park’s alcohol policy
- Scorekeeping duties (in some leagues)
- Monitoring any on-field issues
- End-of-game score verification
- Field clean-up and litter pick-up at the end of the shift
- Submitting game scores and notes
